4.3 Membership Fees

The Membership Fee is payable at the start of each playing season. This is non-refundable. New members may apply for membership at any time of the year but there will be no apportionment for part-year membership. Membership fees shall in some form (other than a minimal float amount) all be returned to Members by way of competition prizes, subsidised events, etc. The Committee shall decide on the best way to implement this.
